Master Electricians has launched an Employment Assistance Programme (EAP) that will provide professional and confidential counselling to help you. We call it Master Electricians Wellbeing Support.

What is EAP?

EAP is a confidential way in which you can seek support on things that may be worrying you. Such issues may include personal/work relationships, separation/divorce, anger, grief, stress, depression, anxiety, drug, alcohol and gambling concerns.

Instep Vitae’s EAP will tailor your support, identifying which local professional counsellor is the best fit for you and the support you are seeking.

Vitae EAP sessions can be conducted online, by phone or face-to-face, with members eligible to attend up to three paid sessions.

Who can access this support?

EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) counselling is available to Master Electricians Members (business owner and employees). Each individual is eligible for 3 paid sessions per year, per topic about their or someone’s wellbeing they wish to discuss.
