Signing the policy with Adobe
To sign the policy, click on the fountain pen at the top middle just above the policy pages. Choose the initials option and draw your signature with your mouse in the signature box. Note once signed it becomes locked off as there is a signature approving it.
The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Policy Statement can also be printed, signed and displayed somewhere visible to staff and management.
