“A motion at the AGM was carried that ‘the tabled draft rules along with Auckland’s suggested additions to the draft be opened for discussion but no vote to be taken will be taken on the proposals until such time the draft has been further updated by the rules committee in consultation with the branches and the Board.’ This motion was carried by majority vote.”
