That Director remuneration be increased from $18,000 to $30,000 per annum, reflecting the increased governance responsibilities and accountability being brought directly into the Board role, and that governance responsibilities currently undertaken through the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and Property governance roles be consolidated into the Board structure.
