We are pleased to invite you to attend the THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF NEW ZEALAND INCORPORATED (ECANZ) 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This meeting provides an opportunity to review our activities over the past year, discuss important matters affecting our organisation, and elect officers as applicable.

Followed by light refreshments after the AGM.

Key dates to note:

Branch Secretaries: Please submit the name of your Branch delegate ​here​ by Tuesday, 13 May 2025.

• Call for Remits & Formal Business: Any Remits and/or any formal business items for discussion at the AGM should be submitted in accordance with rule 10.2. Please ensure all submissions, including supporting details, are received in writing by Wednesday, 21 May 2025 at ​board@masterelectricians.org.nz​.
• Election of Officers: As per Rule 10.5.5 of our constitution, the offices of the President and Vice-President shall be elected or reaffirmed.  Please enter your nominations for both positions ​here,​ no later than Tuesday, 3 June 2025.

We strongly encourage all members to attend the AGM and contribute to the future direction of our organisation. Your involvement matters.
